Error description

• The HIPAA compliance check map incorrectly allows a HIPAA
  5010X222A1 837P transaction to contain multiple DTP*453 segments
  when only one DTP*453 is allowed in each 2300 CLM loop.  The
  HIPAA compliance check map does not detect the invalid data in
  error.

  Problem Description:
  2300 DTP*453 should only be allowed once per 2300 CLM loop in
  the 5010X222a1 837p transaction.
  
  Platforms affected:

Problem conclusion

• Problem Solution:
  Modified hipaa_x12_structure.dat to ensure that only only 1
  occurrence of the DTP*453 was allowed in each 2300 Claim Loop.
  Once this fix is in place, the resulting error will be displayed
  on the acknowledgment generated (usually
  compliance_check_999h.out).
  
  Here is an example of the resulting 999 when there are too many
  DTP*453 segments within the same loop.  The IK304 shows an error
  code of 5 which is defined as "Segment exceeds maximum use".
  The 999 does not allow for a message description, only a code.
