Problem summary

  • Users Affected:
WebSphere Transformation Extender core engine users who compare
times with a time zone set with a time without a time zone set.

Problem Description:
Time comparison not working correctly when comparing times
without time zones with times with time zones

Platforms Affected:
ALL

Problem conclusion

  • When comparing times, if only one time contains a time zone, we
shouldn't consider the time zone as part of the comparison.
