  information on any give binary or library on any of the
  platforms upon which WTX executes.

  dtxver command line utility does not report the version labels
  when writing output to the Standard Output or to a report if
  redirected for some of the binaries in the install directory
  when the version label falls at the end of input read buffer
  boundary.

Problem conclusion

• Fixed a problem with dtxver command line utility where it now
  reports the version label properly for binaries that read
  MercVersionLabel= at the end of the input read buffer and
  started searching all over again from MercVersionLabel= in the
  newly fetched buffer instead of getting the version label that
  is at the start of new buffer.
