Error description

• A map run from the Launcher or Command Server can abruptly end
  when the input data is larger than 2 GB.  The Launcher will
  generate a return code of 255 in the Launcher Log file and there
  will be no error generated by the Command Server.  There is no
  core file or crash.log file generated.

  WebSphere Transformation Extender customers using blob type
  which size is 2G to 4G
  
  Problem Description:
  If a blob size is over 2G, when engine allocates memory on UNIX
  to store this object, it truncates the size to 2G resulting with
  failure to allocate memory on 64 bits platform. On Linux
  platform, exit() is called to terminate application
