• MIME adapter error -2012 when reading message part data.
  
  The MIME adapter fails to read the content of
  <Message-Part-Data> tag. Error encountered - the return code
  -2012 Error parsing source data - End of stream reach while
  reading message part data.

Problem summary

• Users Affected:
  WebSphere Transformation Extender users that are decoding binary
  data within a MIME multi-part data message.
  
  Problem Description:
  Binary data is not parsed correctly when decoding a MIME
  multi-part data message.
  
  Platforms Affected:
  ALL
  

Problem conclusion

• When decoding message-part-data in a MIME message, the
  terminating data sequence is properly found when it is preceded
  by a left angle bracket.  Prior to this fix, a double left angle
  bracket would throw off the pattern matching mechanism that
  detects the end of the message body.
