Error description

• Minimum size validation failure after applying patch for APAR
  PM34264.
  
  If the map is run using WTX 8.2.0.4 IF3 the map completes
  successfully.
  
  If the map is run using WTX 8.2.0.4 IF3 and the patch for APAR
  APAR PM34264 applied the map fails with 'minimum size
  requirements' error.

Problem summary

• Users Affected:
  WebSphere Transformation Extender customers who pad numbers to a
  fixed size in characters.
  
  Problem Description:
  Validation failure for an object that should be considered
  valid.
  
  Platforms Affected:
  ALL
  

Problem conclusion

• The object was padded to a fixed number of characters, and we
  weren't calculating the number of characters in the object.  I
  modified the code so we'd get that count.

  8.2.0.6, 8.3.0.4
