Local fix
WTXCQ - WTX00036277 CH / CH Circumvention: None
Problem summary
Users Affected: WebSphere Transformation Extender users who specify the max size of a type in characters, using multi-byte characters. Problem Description: Input was being considered "invalid" when there was nothing wrong with it. Platforms Affected: ALL
Problem conclusion
In some situations, we did not really have enough input data to check for a particular type, so we would fall off the logical end of the buffer. Changed the code to avoid that situation. Delivered in: 8.1.0.6, 8.2.0.6, 8.3.0.4
