Error description

• 8.0 maps reads\creates output using a group delimiter of
  <<CTX_Files>> output gets created and read correctly.  In
  8.3.0.2 map, it cannot read the file with <<CTX_Files>> as the
  delimiter nor can it write a file with <<CTX_Files>> as a
  delimiter.   The output gets created with delimiters as:

Problem summary

• Users Affected:
  WebSphere Transformation Extender customers who use "<<" in
  literals (other than hex literals)
  
  Problem Description:
  Map compiler in 83X version, when it discovers that the item
  following "<<" isn't a hex value, is supposed to put the string
  into the output, but it's not doing that correctly.
  
  Platforms Affected:
  ALL
  

Problem conclusion

• The map compiler code that handled literals that contained "<<"
  but
  weren't hex literals was incorrect, and has now been corrected.

  8.3.0.4, 8.2.0.6
