Error description
A map that has DBCS characters in the Description field of a type tree compiles without error, but then hangs when you try to run the associated map with the Command Server or Design Studio / Map Designer with versions 8.1 and 8.2. If the description is removed, the map runs fine. The problem also does not occur with version 8.3.0.2.
