• Valid XML fails to parse through WTX map.  Error is "cannot be
  used in a derivation by RESTRICTION for a complexType"
  
  You may get the following parser error message:

  External Parser returned Error:
  TYPE X'0002' (Error (-1), "XMLParser:  Input XML data is
  invalid."
  SAXParseException, Error [line: 1069 column: 59] The type
  'Field_11' is a simple type.  It cannot be used in a derivation
  by RESTRICTION for a complexType

  Problem Description:
  XML4C parser fails to validate this schema with the following
  error:
  Error (-1), "XMLParser: Input XML data is invalid."
  SAXParseException, Error [line: 1069 column: 59] The type
  'AT_ActiveCurrencyAndAmount' is a simple type. It cannot be used
  in a derivation by RESTRICTION for a complexType
  The problem is within xml4c validator and has been fixed by
  xml4c team.
