WTXCQ - WTX00035369 LV / LV Circumvention: Use the following suggested map rule: = IF (some_object = "something", NUMBERTOTEXT (INDEX (some_object)))
Problem summary
Users Affected: WebSphere Transformation Extender customers using INDEX function Problem Description: Map crashing in both Design Studio and Command Server when a particular functional map is called. Platforms Affected: All
Problem conclusion
Map was using INDEX incorrectly, we can only INDEX a type (not a LOOKUP). The INDEX function has been modified so it will not cause the crash, but neither will it not work. Delivered in: 8.3.0.3, 8.2.0.6, 8.1.0.6
