• Whwn running the MSDIMPORT and MSDEXPORT utility commands in
  Windows, the log file contains a mixture of SJIS characters and
  UTF-8 characters.

  Problem Description:
  MSDIMPORT and MSDEXPORT command line utilities does not generate
  the log file content correctly resulting in a combination of
  UTF-8 and SJIS characters logged on a Japanese platform.

Problem conclusion

• Fixed a problem with Integration Flow Designer where it now
  generates log information in platform equivalent instead of
  UTF-8 when exporting or importing an MSD file.
