  attributes defined in the input type tree.

Problem summary

• Users Affected:
  WebSphere Transformation Extender core engine clients using
  component rules and getting validation errors
  
  Problem Description:
  WTX was doing improper validation by setting the wrong restart
  point in the data and attempting to revalidate data that was
  already validated in a closed group. This would occur when an
  element would have multiple validation errors, always including
  a component rule failure.
