invocations of an XML based map that is using the XMLLIB()
functions.

Problem summary

  • Users Affected:
WebSphere Transformation Extender users that employ maps which
invoke the WTX-based XMLLIB functions, such as XPATH.

Problem Description:
A memory leak is detected when using the WTX-based XMLLIB
functions.

Platforms Affected:
All

Problem conclusion

  • The WTX-based XMLLIB functions leak memory after each
invocation.  A fix has been coded to free any memory that is
allocated during the course of executing any of the XMLLIB
functions from a WTX map.

8.1.0.6, 8.2.0.5, 8.3.0.3
