• Intermittent / random system crash occurs in the XML Xerces
  Parser when calling RUN Maps that have the XML input card
  setting for DocumentVerification for Xerces set to Well-Formed
  (Xerces only).

  xercesc_2_6::DstxXMLElement::buildDataObjects repeats in the
  stack trace infinite number of times and it causes application
  stack to be overrun.
  This crash may happen when the map has DocumentVerification set
  to WellFormed.

Problem conclusion

• Fix code in WTX xml parser that caches information from the
  previously run maps to refresh schema ID info if the XML xerces
  validation is disabled. This prevents a situation when  the next
  instance of the same map can reuse invalid internal schema ID
  value.
