PM15102: CHANGING A MAP RULE BY DRAGGING AN INPUT CARD VALUE TO THE MAP RULE AND PRESSING ENTER DOES NOT CHANGE FOCUS TO NEXT MAP RULE

Error description

• When changing a map rule by dragging an object from an input
  card the rule stays highlighted and even after pressing the
  'Enter' key and the focus does not move to the next map rule on
  the output card.  Instead the focus moves to the next field in
  the input card after the one that was dragged.  The behavior
  makes it difficult to tell whether the map rule was changed.

Problem conclusion

• Enter key is only used to commit rules on the Rule Bar. Enter
  key is use to navigate the cards when the focus is not in the
  Rule Bar. Code was corrected to make the use of Enter for
  navigation more consistent for the user.
