  processing a uniquely name attribute (an attribute without an
  element).

Problem conclusion

• Prevent "Cannot open ttmaker.log" message (access exception)
  when processing a DTD that contains an attribute that has a
  unique name.  An element name and attribute should have the
  same name, if you want that element to have those attributes.
  Now an error messages is issued, alerting the user to the
  misnamed attribute.
