• Map output is missing a character when the map input card is a
  Native Schema and the XML input data is defined with
  encoding="utf-8".

Problem summary

• Users Affected:
  Websphere Transformation Extender customers using native schema
  maps and xml encodings
  
  Problem Description:
  When using a native schema as input type tree, some XML
  encodings would not set Data Language properly and data
  conversion would not work properly. This would occur when
  encoding aliases where used.
  
  Platforms Affected:
  ALL
  

Problem conclusion

• Properly decode XML alias encodings. Previously alias ecoding
  would default to UTF-8 and data conversion would not properly
  occur for certain characters.
