  WebSphere Transformation Extender WSDL Importer users,
  especially those using message headers in their SOAP operations
  
  Problem Description:
  The WSDL imported type tree does not include all header
  elements.

Problem conclusion

• The WSDL Importer handles message header definitions that are
  bound to a different message definition than the one used for
  the message body.  Before this fix, header elements were only
  included in the type tree if they were bound to parameters in
  the message definition of the SOAP body.  After this fix, the
  header elements  can be defined in a separate message
  definition, depending on how the target operation is bound in
  the "binding" part of the WSDL file.
