Known Issues

This document provides solutions to problems you may encounter (known issues) while upgrading to IBM WebSphere Integration Developer version 7.0 Fix Pack 4 (V7.0.0.4).

Known Issues

Issue: Fixed levels of the Websphere Application Server SCA and XML Feature Pack only are supported for users who want to use the business object lazy parsing mode in mediation flows. A mandatory interim fix is also required in this scenario. For more details, see WebSphere Process Server V7.0.0.4 Known Issue release note #7021914

Solution: You must be running with the following levels of the SCA and XML Feature Packs:

• IBM WebSphere Application Server V7 Feature Pack for Service Component Architecture (SCA) 1.0.1.7
• IBM WebSphere Application Server V7 Feature Pack for XML 1.0.0.7

and also apply the the composite interim fix XC7004x. Details of this fix can be found at:

Issue: WebSphere Process Server 7.0.0.x business object lazy parsing mode is not compatible with Websphere Application Server SCA Feature Pack 1.0.1.11. Applications configured to use business object lazy mode will fail to run if WebSphere Application Server is upgraded to SCA Feature Pack 1.0.1.11.

Solution: WebSphere Process Server 7.0.0.x business object lazy parsing mode is compatible with Websphere Application Server SCA 1.0.1.7. Ensure the compatible versions are used. See technote #1503816
