Error description

• Fine grained security filters are not evaluated for KPIs as
  part of the dashboard alert evaluation process.  This has the
  potential to cause erroneous alerts or missing dashboard
  alerts.

  The logic for evaluating dashboard alerts did not not properly
  handle KPIs with associated fine grained security filters.
  

Problem conclusion

• Logic was added to the dashboard alert evaluation process so
  that KPIs with associated fine grained security filters are
  handled properly.  As a result, dashboard alerts will display
  when expected with the correct content when the alert
  definition is based on KPIs with fine grained security
  filters.  An interim fix has been created for IBM Business
  Monitor version 7.5.1.1.
