Error description

• The Liberty profile server summarizes the APAR interim
  fixes that are active in the runtime, and displays this in the
  console log.
  In some circumstances the same APAR number can be displayed
  twice in the message. This fix ensures that each APAR number is
  only displayed once.

  The Liberty Server Logs list which APAR interim fixes have
  been installed in the system. Sometimes, if multiple bundle
  manifests contain the same APAR number, can be displayed
  multiple times in the list.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix now ensures that each APAR number is only listed once
  in the logs.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.0.2. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
