Problem summary

  • WebSphere Edge Caching Proxy 6.1 converts UTF-8 encoded values
    to their ASCII characters when using Redirect rules
    

Problem conclusion

  • The fix performs an exact match for the header. It is fixed in
    6.1.0.30, 7.0.0.10, 8.0.0.5 and later versions of proxy.
