Error description

• The null SIP message come from
  jain.protocol.ip.sip.SipParseException: no branch in response
  VIA HEADER PARSING EXCEPTION.

  When there is white space in a Via header parameter an
  exception is being thrown from the stack.
  

Problem conclusion

• Parameters with white space are now being quoted. This fixes
  the issue.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 7.0.0.23. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
