Problem conclusion
Multiple fixes and updates were made to bring the Dojo toolkit level up to Dojo 1.7 beta 6 in the feature pack. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in Web 2.0 and Mobile Feature Pack fix pack 1.1.0.1.
