  The SIP container is iterating over the values of the same
  header and replacing the previous value with the new value
  instead of adding it
  

Problem conclusion

• The SIP container is now adding all the values from the headers
  maps to the request instead of replacing the value for each
  new value
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 1.0.0.13. Please refer to the Recommended Updates
