  When the server sends out a message, the display name in
  address header fields (such as To and From) is not quoted. For
  example:
  To: Alice <sip:alice@atlanta.com>
  While this behavior is valid and standard, some users prefer
  to see the display name quoted, like this:
  To: "Alice" <sip:alice@atlanta.com>
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem is fixed by introducing a new custom property
  that controls display name quoting. By default, a display name
  is only quoted if there are special characters in it. If this
  custom property is set to "true", then all display names are
  quoted. The new custom property is set under the SIP container
  custom properties.

  fix pack 1.0.0.13 for the Feature Pack for Communications
