Error description

• When the application code is trying to invalidate a derived
  session on doResponse method the response is not being sent to
  the UA, instead an IllegalStateException is thrown

  The SipApplicationSession is removed when the application code
  calls to invalidate, therefore when the container is trying
  to send a response on this SipApplicationSession to the next
  hop it throws the exception
  

Problem conclusion

• The SipApplicationSession invalidation is now delayed until the
  response is sent to the next hop.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 1.0.0.11. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
