PM27791: SIP CONTAINER IS ATTEMPTING TO SEND A MESSAGE USING TLS BUT WITH PORT 5060, INSTEAD OF 5061

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Session initiation protocol (SIP) container is attempting to
  send a message using TLS but with port 5060, instead of 5061
  
  This leads to an error because the entity is listening on port
  5061.

  When the sip uri includes sip schema and tls transport with
  out port the sip container is setting the port to 5060 instead
  of 5061 (the default tls port)
  

Problem conclusion

• The SIP container now sets the default port to 5061 if the the
  transport of the uri is tls and the uri does not define port.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 1.0.0.11. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
