Error description

• Sending an INVITE and Receiving provisional 183, In progress
  and 180 Ringing message, when send CANCEL and it is rejected by
  MGW with:  SIP/2.0 481 Call/Transaction Does Not Exist.

  The CANCEL request might be sent to the wrong destination and be
  rejected by the receiver.
  

Problem conclusion

• A CANCEL request is now including all Route headers that INVITE
  it cancels had according to RFC 3261
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 1.0.0.9.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
