Error description

• Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) container identifies the case
  of more than one parameter in the From header as a case of URI
  parameters instead of header parameters. When the SIP
  container writes the header value to the network it adds <>
  around the value

  The SIP container identifies the case of more than one
  parameter in the From header as a case of URI parameters
  instead of header parameters. When the SIP container writes
  the header value to the network it add <> around the value
  

Problem conclusion

• The SIP container is now processing the From header URI with
  more than one parameter as expected. If there are no <> around
  the URI all parameters belong to the header and not to the URI.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 1.0.0.9. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
