Error description

• SAXException thrown during On Demand Configuration parsing of
  NLS/UTF-8 characters.

  *                      application with a name containing      *
  *                      double byte characters a 404 is         *
  *                      erroneously returned.                   *

  When double byte characters are used in object names, for
  example (server names, application names, etc...) an
  org.xml.sax.SAXParseException could be thrown and routing
  errors can occur.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fixpack 6.1.0.21.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
