Error description

  • Customer is using WMQ 7.1.0.2 at OS 6.1. with
    - QP0100CET2 - Central European Daylight Saving Time
    - QUTCOFFSET - +02:00
    
    When using WRKMQMMSG to view the messages, the output does not
    show the correct local time. The time difference between GMT and
    local time (in this sample Central European Daylight
    Saving Time) should be 2 hours, but it is 3 hours instead.
    .
    Apar SE48404 fixed the problem for WMQ V6 and V7.0.1
