Error description

• A problem occurs when an EmailOutput node is passed a message
  body using the BLOB parser, on z/OS.
  WebSphere Message Broker attempts to convert the BLOB data
  incorrectly, leading to an email message body in the wrong
  codepage.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  The message body of an email sent using the EmailOutput Node may
  appear corrupted. The problem occurs when an EmailOutput node is
  passed a message body using the BLOB parser, on z/OS.
  WebSphere Message Broker attempts to convert the BLOB data
  incorrectly, leading to an email message body in the wrong
  codepage.
  

Problem conclusion

• WebSphere Message Broker has been modified so that the incorrect
  conversion will not occur.
