APAR status

Error description

• When using WebSphere MQ V7 to create a durable subscription
  with XMS .NET and specifying a topic object, the created
  subscription has an incomplete topic string, in which the first
  substring that corresponds to the topic string of the topic
  object is ignored. This causes the subscription to not receive
  messages that are published with the desired topic string.
  There are no errors in the error logs and no error reason
  codes returned to the application.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  When the XMS .net application subscribes to a topic using
  durable subscriber. The created subscription is with the
  incomplete topic string because the desired concatenation of
  the topic string is not happening in the XMS code.
  

Problem conclusion

• XMS code is modified to create the subscription with correct
  topic string
