Error description

• Transaction end event does not include the bitstream if
  selected via the monitoring panel.  The event should include
  the input message when the bitstream has been selected.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  The monitoring panel on the input node has been configured to
  monitor the transaction end event and include the bitstream
  option.  However, the transaction end event is published but
  the bitstream is not added to the transaction end event.
  

Problem conclusion

• WebSphere Message Broker has been modified so that the
  transaction end event includes the bitstream if selected on the
  input node.
