Error description

• BIP2275 can occur when loading the flows from the database.
  This only occurs if the environment variable
  MQSI_FREE_MASTER_PARSERS is defined.
  The error message indicates that the flow is invalid.
  
  Note: This can also occur for WebSphere Message Broker version
  7 where flows are loaded from the file system rather than a
  database.

  All users of WebSphere Message Broker that are using the
  environment variable MQSI_FREE_MASTER_PARSERS.
  
  Platforms Affected:

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  On startup the execution group will load on the flows and
  some of the flows may fail to load with a BIP2275 error
  message indicating that the flow being loaded is invalid.
  This only occurs if the environment variable
  MQSI_FREE_MASTER_PARSERS has been set.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was changed to correctly load the flow when the
  MQSI_FREE_MASTER_PARSERS environment variable has been set
