Error description

• If an ESQL CONTINUE HANDLER detects that a database connection
  has been lost then it may attempt to retry the failed
  transaction expecting a new connection to be made. If "Throw
  exception on database error" has been configured for the node
  then an internal cache of database connections may not be
  cleared, resulting in an abend when the transaction is retried.
