  *                 JMSRealtimeOptimizedFlow node.               *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The Real-timeInput node/optimized flow  *
  *                      reopens the port on which it is         *
  *                      listening for client connects when      *
  *                      redeploying a stopped message flow.     *
  *                      This results in a BIP7366S error being  *
  *                      reported in the system log.             *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  When a message flow is deployed the broker stops the message
  flows running in the execution group before updating them. As
  part of the reconfiguration, the message flows are locked
  before they are updated and then unlocked when the
  reconfiguration is complete.
  
  In the case of the real-time inputNode/Optimized flow the
  port on which the node/flow listens is always reopened when
  the flow is unlocked, regardless of whether the flow is
  stopped.
  

Problem conclusion

• WebSphere Message Broker now performs a check to determine
  the state of the message flow when unlocking it after
  an update and only reopens the port if the flow is started.
