IZ43892: ABEND WHEN STOPPING CONFIGURATION MANAGER

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Abends with core files are being generated when stopping the
  Configuration Manager (configmgr).  This seems to be a matter of
  the ImbReadWriteLock destructor needing to wait for additional
  amount of time and then retrying the pthread_rwlock_destroy()
  if its initial return value indicated that the lock was busy.

Problem conclusion

• WebSphere Message Broker has been modified to correctly handle
  a rarely encountered timing window which can lead to this
  abend when stopping the Configuration Manager.
