Error description
If the AMQRSYNA.DAT file is truncated then when the last incomplete record in the file is read then the record is padded with nulls and the truncation is not reported.

**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: This APAR only effects customers with invalid AMQRSYNA.DAT files. Platforms affected: All Distributed (iSeries, all Unix and Windows) **************************************************************** PROBLEM SUMMARY: The error handling in the code which reads the amqrysna.dat file does not detect when a partial record is read from disk. This is a secondary error, and the primary focus should be on how the amqrsyna.dat file became corrupted in the first instance
Problem conclusion
