**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: Messages which have been put or published using XMS.NET App. Platforms affected: Windows **************************************************************** PROBLEM SUMMARY: When XMS.NET Application is publishing messages the JMSTimeStamp property has been set to Local Time rather it should have been in UTC or GMT format.
Problem conclusion
