Error description

• An increase in memory usage occurs when there is a failure
  sending an API response to the client, in internal function
  rriMQIServerCall.
  
  rriMQIServerCall may allocate a new buffer for sending the API
  response, and this buffer does not get released if the send
  fails. This results in memory usage growth over time.
