Error description

• An attempt is made by an application to deregister a subscriber
  using an MQRFH command message.  The command message includes a
  value for SubUserData.  The DeregSub command fails with the
  error: 2337  0x00000921  MQRC_RFH_PARM_ERROR.
  
  Trace shows the following entries:

Problem summary

  USERS AFFECTED:
  Users of MQRFH2 Publish/Subscribe.  This protocol is superseded
  by newer MQ V7 Publish/Subscribe APIs.  Typically this protocol
  was only used by WebSphere Message Broker in releases 6 and
  earlier.  But it is also possible for some user applications to
  be developed to use the same protocol.
  
  Platforms affected:
  All Distributed (iSeries, all Unix and Windows)

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  The WebSphere MQ Publish/Subscribe product code was parsing the
  MQRFH2 DeregSub command and was incorrectly rejecting the
  command when it contained a value for SubUserData.
  

Problem conclusion

• The WebSphere MQ Publish/Subscribe product code has been
  corrected so that, when parsing the MQRFH2 DeregSub command, it
  accepts the command when it contains a value for SubUserData.
  The value is accepted but is ignored, because it is not needed
  for the operation of the deregister command.
