Error description

• The following exceptions are reported when trying to
  process a message header from a WMQ v7.0.1.x java
  client:

  java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.RuntimeException:
  com.ibm.mq.headers.MQDataException: MQJE001: Completion
  code '1' Reason Code '2349'

  retrieving properties: java.lang.RuntimeException:

  code '1' Reason Code '2349'

  MQRC 2349 (MQRC_CF_STRUC_ERROR) is incorrect. WMQ should
  return an MQRC 2142 (MQRC_HEADER_ERROR) indicating that
  there is a problem validating the header in the message.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  When an error occurred in validating a Header within an MQ
  Message the following exception was returned to the application
  regardless of the platform of the client or server:
  
  java.lang.RuntimeException:
  com.ibm.mq.headers.MQDataException: MQJE001: Completion
  code '1' Reason Code '2349'
  
  The reason code was set to 2349 which means MQRC_CF_STRUC_ERROR
  and is specific to operations on a z/OS Queue Manager. This
  reason code was incorrect and it should have been 2142 which
  means MQRC_HEADER_ERROR.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR solves the issue and now correct returns a
  RuntimeException containing an MQDataException with the reason
  code of '2142' indicating a problem with validating the Header
  in the MQ Message.
