Error description

• When the dspmqrte command in client mode as follows:
  $ dspmqrte -q queue.name -m qmgr_name -c
  
  The command will fail with the following error:
  
  AMQ8653: DSPMQRTE command started with options '-q queue.name
  -m qmgr_name -c'.
  
  AMQ8688: DSPMQRTE command has detected an unexpected error,
  reason 2046 'MQRC_OPTIONS_ERROR'.
  
  AMQ8664: DSPMQRTE command could not connect to queue manager
  'qmgr_name'.
  
  AMQ8658: DSPMQRTE command failed to put a message to the
  specified target.
  
  AMQ8651: DSPMQRTE command has finished with errors.

Local fix

Problem summary

• ****************************************************************
  USERS AFFECTED:
  All users using dspmqrte command from MQv7.1 or later
  connecting to MQv7.0.1 or earlier version.
  
  Platforms affected:
  All Distributed (iSeries, all Unix and Windows)
  ****************************************************************
  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  While connecting to a v7.0.1 or older queue manager using
  dspmqrte command, a new connection options introduced in v7.1
  was being used in the MQCONNX call. This resulted in a failure
  within the MQCONNX call.
  

Problem conclusion

• WebSphere MQ code was modified to unset the new connection
  option introduced in MQ v7.1 while connecting to a MQ v7.0.1 or
  older queue manager.
