Local fix

Problem summary

  • ****************************************************************
    USERS AFFECTED:
    All users of WebSphere MQ V7.1.x. The condition is not specific
    to the command server process amqpcsea and can occur for any
    application.
    
    Platforms affected:
    All Distributed (iSeries, all Unix and Windows)
    ****************************************************************
    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    A synchronization issue can occur between an application and
    the WebSphere MQ agent process such that the application can be
    unexpectedly dispatched causing the application to run in an
    incorrect state.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The WebSphere MQ synchronization functions have been changed to
    handle this condition correctly.
