    the connection request.

    Platforms affected:

    ****************************************************************
    PROBLEM SUMMARY:
Memory allocated in anticipation of a successful connection is
not freed in the event of a specific failure condition during
    the connection request.

Problem conclusion

  • The function where the memory is allocated has been updated to
check for the error condition before exiting, and frees the
memory that was previously allocated in the event that the error
    condition is identified.
