Error description
A cluster sender channel (CLUSSDR) is not started automatically using the trigger mechanism when an expiration report message is put to the cluster transmission queue (SYSTEM.CLUSTER.TRANSMIT.QUEUE) . It is also incorrect that the report message is put inside a unit of work as explained in the WebSphere MQ InfoCenter.
