Fix Pack 7.1.0.2 for WebSphere MQ V7.1

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a subscription is created with a selection string that only
  includes a reference to a property with a prefix of
  "Properties." (for example, "Properties.Topic") the subscription
  is not treated as requiring extended message selection, and so
  the subscription does not receive the expected messages.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  The parsing of the selection string was incorrect, such that
  properties like "Properties.Topic" were not being marked as
  requiring an extended message selection provider.
  

Problem conclusion

• Parsing of the selection string has now been corrected so that
  properties like "Properties.Topic" are now marked as requiring
  an extended message selection provider.
  
  This APAR is required in order to provide support for IBM
  WebSphere Message Broker content-based filtering.
